Companies that apply to Keiretsu Forum are typically in their A or B rounds having already secured initial funding of $500k to $1.5 million from founders, friends, family, and individual angels. Most of these companies will be looking for an A or B Round investment in the $250k – $3m range, the Keiretsu Forum investment sweet-spot. Preference will be given to companies actively in funding with a completed due diligence report and a complete PPM package.

Following the presentations, the attendees will vote and award the top three presenting companies the “Stephen M. Goodman Most Valued Company” award.
“The Angel Capital Expo provided INDIGO with a national forum to present the value of the Company. As the 2017 Stephen M. Goodman Most Valued Company Award recipient, INDIGO secured over $600,000 in investments from Keiretsu Mid-Atlantic and other angels which attended the event. The Company surpassed its capital fundraise target because of the Angel Capital Expo!”
